As this year wraps up, I feel incredibly grateful for meeting the women I coached. They showed up with courage, curiosity, and a real commitment to their own growth. Working with them reminded me that when we choose clarity and alignment, the universe has a way of opening the right doors.
A highlight of the year was launching my first group coaching cohort. Creating a space where women could explore their strengths, strengthen their wellbeing, and rethink their career paths together was energizing and deeply meaningful.

As we head into 2026, I will be opening new spots for my month-long Group Coaching Intensive. It includes four sessions that guide women through their StrengthsFinder results while using human centered design to create a personalized roadmap for integrative health and career success.
