The Story Behind the Work

I didn’t come to this work from the outside—I lived it.

At one point, I was operating at a high level professionally, but behind the scenes everything was strained. Chronic burnout. Sleep issues. Health challenges that didn’t have simple answers. Constant mental load. And a growing sense that the way I was working—and living—wasn’t sustainable.

I tried to push through it. Optimize it. Outperform it.

That didn’t work.

What actually changed things wasn’t doing more, it was getting radically clear on what was driving my decisions, where my energy was going, and what needed to shift at a structural level not just a surface level.

That process didn’t just help me recover, it led to a complete redefinition of how I work, lead, and build. And ultimately, it led to this.

After experiencing career burnout during the global pandemic and pivoting my career, I have successfully gained clarity and navigated my own career transition. As a former nonprofit Chief Executive Officer and President, Chief Learning Officer, leadership consultant, and transformation design strategist, I’ve spent years helping professionals navigate career transitions, step into leadership, and avoid the burnout cycle that I experienced earlier in my career. As an integrated wellness coach with training from IIN, I incorporate wellness practices into your roadmap that form healthy long-term habits creating a true integrated plan for success and happiness. Because true leadership isn’t about burnout. It’s about getting clarity and building a career that fuels you.
